Methods of Payment:

Credit and Debit cards are accepted. All forms of payment must be received and cleared prior to shipment.

Shipping:

 Usual Shipping

All letterbox flowers will be  and bouquets will be dispatch daily Monday to Saturday. Flowers will be sent by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked post. You can therefore expect your flowers the following day.  All flowers are dispatch within  2-3 days of your order being placed.   

Once your flowers have been dispatched you will receive your tracking reference.

Our letterbox flowers will fit through most letterboxes.  If the letterbox flower are unable to fit through the letterbox, Royal Mail may attempt to leave the letterbox flowers in a designated safe place or with a neighbour. If this isn't possible, the gift will be returned to their local sorting office for collection. A card will be posted through the door with full details of where to collect the flowers from. Your letterbox flowers will arrive neatly packaged, in a specially designed letterbox, perfect for gift giving. All efforts and precautions are taken to ensure a safe and undamaged delivery however we cannot take accountablity for any damages caused in transit once the flowers have been dispatched by ourselves.

Bouquet Boxed flowers will be delivered to your door and will require the receprient to receive the flowers. Our boxed flowers do not fit through the letterbox.

Special occasions

Seasonal Periods, Valentines  Day  and Mother's Day flowers and gits will be delivered by Royal Mail. As these are busy periods it is suggested that you allow extra time when placing your orders to ensure that they arrive on time.  

Postage Costs

Royal Mail 24 hour tracked delivery currently costs £7.49;

Cancellation/Changing an order:

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please give a minimum of 4 days notice before the delivery date and please contact us via email: boxandblume@gmail.com .  Please put cancellation in your email heading for our easy identification.  Please also provide the following information:

 We regret that you may not change or cancel an order for (i) perishable products once your order has been dispatched.
